Examples of core content in Dust include: -Racial light frame dropsuits -Racial heavy frame dropsuits -Racial LAVs -Racial HAVs -Racial Dropships -Racial assault rifles -Racial heavy weapons New content, on the other hand, is stuff that is purely expansionary and, instead of adding stuff that is critical to the core mechanics of a game, adds stuff that allows you to play the game in more interesting and unique ways. Examples of new content in Dust would be: -Fighter aircrafts -MTACs -MAVs -Cloaking modules/equipment -Bubble shield equipment What many here are arguing for CCP to shift their focus on is core content, not new content. Also in terms of respecs, most players are only arguing for them upon the release of core content, not new content.

Well one of those is about FW which is a completely unrelated topic. The other is a poll, so . . . Hey now, the hot topic of the day has been about content, it's popping up in many threads by many people. Simply felt that the front page could use another, especially when so many comments in the various other threads seem confused about core and new content. This may or may not be apart of a concentrated effort from multiple participants

According to CCP that would be counter productive. Yes, that link is from the feedback section, but it is well known most CCP devs look to the GD far more often. Thanks for your concern!
